Sean Smith
Sean is an experienced operations executive with over 15 years in the life sciences industry. He has built and led R&D and Operations organizations to develop and commercialize advanced medical technology globally. Former roles include Xtremity (acquired by WillowWood Global), UNYQ, SOLS (Acquired by Aetrex), University of California San Francisco, and Steadman Philippon Research Institute. Sean has co-authored 25 peer-reviewed articles in top medical journals. He has a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Denver.
Kelly Adair
Kelly is an experienced entrepreneurial executive with 20 years of experience working in the healthcare, wellness, and fitness industries. He is skilled in Healthcare, Sports Medicine, Strategic Leadership, Team Building, Future Trends, Business Development, M&A and has a strong track record of helping early- to middle-market growth companies. Former roles include iBalance (acquired by Arthrex), Arthrex, The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research Institute, and DocGo (DCGO), where he led a pre-revenue Joint Venture scale to 12 markets in four years, while also helping the parent company with a SPAC merger to IPO. Kelly has an executive master’s degree in business from the University of Denver and a bachelor of science in Integrated Physiology from the University of Colorado.
